The Minnesota Board on Aging, in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Human Services, is looking ahead to 2030. Today we are past the midpoint between our original vision for long term services and supports system, and the year that baby boomers start turning 85.

As a person committed to helping address the challenges and opportunities facing older Minnesotans, please take a few minutes to share strategies to best meet their needs. This short questionnaire is intended to generate a conversation and build momentum to help people thrive as they age. The information you provide will help us identify the policy issues you believe are most important to older Minnesotans.
